I’m one of Texas’s newest Certified Substitute Teachers, and I have nothing to wear.
Okay, well maybe not nothing, but who doesn’t love an excuse to go shopping!
I remember most of my substitute teachers looking frumpy and dumpy most of the time and having nothing significant to say, ever. Occasionally, we’d have a sorta handsome, young-ish one that was fun to bat eyelashes with, but that’s about it. While I hope none of my future students bat eyelashes with me, I still want to look professional, but hip. I refuse to be boring.
I’m looking for a brilliant sweater dress that is comfortable and fashion forward. Found this one in the ASOS Curve line and it is OOC cute. It’s professional, but cutesy, without looking frumpy or too young. I envision wearing this with black tights, a patent skinny belt, Tory Burch Reva flats (OR how bout some cute suede oxfords– chic AND practical)
