As we mentioned on our blog many moons ago while we were discussing Milan’s Fall/Winter Fashion Week, I told you how much I loved Alberta Ferretti’s collection for its rich textures and jewel tones. Take a look at my favorite look from the show:
SO cute and SO wearable. Well obviously Ferretti is neither made in my size nor in my budget, but I’ve found a delightful teal dress from ASOS’s Curve range that’s got my name written all over it… well, not literally but you know what I mean.
So no, it’s not quite Ferretti but the jewel tone is right on the marker for Fall trends and there is so much that can be done with it! i imagine wearing it with a patterned black tight and some velvet purple platforms with a major bejeweled statement necklace in mustard, burnt orange or crimson, or during the day, with a simple suede flat and bold gold earrings. Also, because of the weight of the dress, it’ll transition easily from early fall to late.
Also, It’s only 60 bucks. SCORE!
