My Bergdorf’s Shoe Salon App is a burden and a blessing. I love it because every day I get to become familiar with a beautiful shoe available in their shoe salon that I might not have otherwise noticed. I hate it because unfortunately, for me, Bergdorfs is merely a dream and so not my reality (Man, it sucks to be aspirational…)
I always enjoy the variety of shoes they show but rarely do I find one that I can’t stop thinking about. I’m screwed. Let me introduce to you my new obsession… Alexander McQueen’s Gold Leaf Sandal.
All that crackled gold leather and delicate embroidery… it’s subtle art. AND AND AND it would go with everything! It would look crazy chic on the beach paired with a demure black swimsuit and an embroidered black caftan, and of course very dark cat eye sunglasses. And no, realistically I won’t be adding these to my closet at a hefty price tag of over $500 dollars, but hey, a girl can dream right?
