Summer is in full swing for this issue of San Antonio Woman, and we took full advantage with bright colors and beautiful faces! We kicked off the beauty section with 8 of my favorite fashionistas in town, asking them each what their go-to beauty product is for the season. The sheer variety of answers blew me away, and I loved seeing what each woman highlighted. Angelina Mata, Xitlalt Herrera-Salazar, Burgundy Woods, Alicia Guevara, Kristen Voges Bush, Carroll Dorsey Walker, Andrea Rodriguez, and Marnie Goldberg rounded out our group of savvy businesswomen. What an honor to ask some of the ladies I admire most in this city to participate and have them all say yes!
For fashion, we wanted to show the possibilities for high style even while the temperatures are even higher. I chose the hi-lo hem on this gorgeous embroidered skirt for its summery flair, and the tie-knot blouse is in breathable cotton for a cool option. Quay is the biggest name in sunglasses right now, so I can’t get enough of that mirrored pair! And finally, complete the look with drop earrings, a statement clutch, and my all-time favorite Dior Lip Addict gloss. It’s like a combination balm and shine, so perfect to protect your pout in the sun!
