Many, many moons ago in 2011 I was asked to speak at an FGI event to discuss fall trends. Another fabulous woman spoke with me, and we connected afterwards for a blog post on Haute in Texas. It is so funny to me to look back and see how far we’ve each come in our own careers, raising kids and working towards goals, all the while seeing each other here and there at events. THIS go around, we decided to throw our own party, and invite all of you!
Next Thursday, August 18th, come join us for the launch of the brand-new Fall collection with Stella & Dot! Christina is an Executive Director with the brand, and was one of the founding members! She has all the inside scoops on what’s to come for the lines, which include so much more than jewelry now! We’ll have swag bags, giveaways, bubbly, and dessert! You’ll be able to shop new looks before anyone else, and get in on the scoop for all things S&D. AND since I’m hosting the event through the blog, we’ll be having a MYSTERY HOSTESS and someone will get rewarded for all the shopping that’s done that evening! Seriously, you could purchase one little clutch and end up winning a prize package as if you hosted the whole event! It’s gonna be grand. 🙂
We know from our FGI Fall Trend event at Neiman Marcus that gold is going to continue to be huge, but that evening we’ll be going more in depth with ACCESSORY trends. Think long necklaces, layering, and tassel earrings. It’s what will be huge, what’s on the horizon, what you’re going to want in your closet ASAP! As if gorgeous jewelry isn’t enough motivation, we’ll be hosting the event at The Oxygen Room Salon and Spa, where the fabulous Element Boutique just opened as well! Come shop, sip, and relax for an evening before the craziness of school starts. My kids aren’t even school-age and I’m feeling the stress, I can only imagine how you moms with older kids must feel!
