It’s always surprised me just how impactful runway beauty trends can actually be to the world of beauty. I’m sure SOMETHING in your beauty routine must have been runway influenced at some point. Ready to spice things up? Here are some of the top looks and trends from Fashion month. There is something for everyone, from bold blue lips, red eyeshadow, smokey eyes, heavy liner, to the downright pretty! Enjoy!

P.S Tell us what you fav looks are!

The Beautiful

Bronze Contour at Michael Kors

The designer went for a sun-kissed glow, but instead of using all over color, he used the color just at the temples, cheeks and chin. Since the eyes and lips were kept nude, the bronzer did all the dirty work, literally framing the model’s face and bringing all the attention to her beautiful features. Bronzer magic!

Doll-like prettiness at Louis Vuitton

Think long eyelashes, shimmery highlighter, and soft pinks on the cheeks and lips. There is literally nothing wrong with this look. I especially love the use of the highlighter on the inside of the eye-lids, top of the nose, and the bow of the lips. It brings attention to her luscious features. Ladies, start buying up your false lashes in bulk!

Gorgeous Cat-Eyes at Dolce and Gabbana

I’ve always been a fan of winged liner, but D&G shows us how to do it in the most subtle of ways, with the line extending only from the middle of the eye, out. I love that they’ve kept the other features bare, and the juicy papaya-pink lip color is both subtle and exciting.

The Bold

While this look may be a bit extreme for the average day, it is a great evening look. I love the choice to keep it “inky” looking, and not really  too soft and brushed.  Keep the rest of the look minimal, or you risk looking to Halloween!

BOLD lips at Mary Katranzou

Yeah, I know, not subtle at all, but let this image serve as an inspiration to you. Why not try an acid fuchsia color? Or a rich blueberry purple? Bright hues for the lips are in, so obvs, anything goes!

The Ugly…

Red Harsh Eyeshadow at Miu Miu

The beauty pallate at Miu Miu was intentionally ugly, and boy, did it work. From the took-a-toke-too-many red eyes, so the super pallid skin-tone, the look was haunting, exactly what it was aiming for. I however, don’t recommend wearing this color unless you are interested in fielding questions about your mental health.
