Paris Fashion Week Faves: Louis Vuitton

Honestly, if there was any doubt that designers have returned to their high-end roots this season, Marc Jacobs blew it out of the water with his spectacle of a fashion show. And we mean spectacle in the best way possible. From a custom-made train rolling onto the runway to porters carrying bags for each and every girl, it was Downton Abbey meets Harry Potter. Although I wasn’t crazy about the goggle-like glasses on some of the girls, I loved the giant hats and disproportioned coats. Interestingly enough, he paired unique proportions with equally fascinating materials and a bedazzling of sorts.
