Really when do we not love Prada? Miuccia and the gang always have something big to say, which is really what keeps them at the forefront of modern fashion designing. This season, she struggled with showing the sweet side of a woman without compromising  her aggressive nature that keeps her afloat. So naturally, that led her to be inspired by vintage car garages. Naturally. Well, the lack of ability to make a connection is why I’m no designer, but what I can tell you is the clothes were pretty freakin’ sweet.  I loved the punchy vintage car colors used in the clothes and the accessories alike, the ladylike hinged handbags like what my grandmother has in her closet, the opulent floral statement necklaces and earrings, and of course, the heels that literally looked fresh from a new paint job, ready for cruising. It was the most fun I’ve seen Prada have in a while, while remaining very wearable and accessible.
