I may not celebrate International Hug A Llama Day, or run out and buy a savory treat on International Frittata Day, but International Women’s Day is something I can get on board with every year, for as long as I live. Women succeed only by lifting each other up, standing together in solidarity for what matters most. For 2017, Haute in Texas client Global Purpose wanted to create a campaign with some of my favorite San Antonio bloggers to showcase how they honor and respect the women in their lives with their purchasing decisions. It’s something I think about more and more, this idea of purposeful giving, and Global Purpose’s Village Artisan line is a shining example of fabulous products that make my buying deliberations very, very easy. Read each of these ladies’ experiences below and let me know how you’re celebrating today!

For this campaign, each woman was simply asked to try out a Village Artisan sari scarf, piece of jewelry, and handcrafted drawstring bag. I love seeing how they each styled their pieces, and the thought they put behind the purpose of each one! Inspiring to say the least.

Didn’t they do a gorgeous job?! Thanks for sharing the Global Purpose mission ladies, and if YOU are in Texas, look for Global Purpose products in the Blooms section of your HEB next time you’re stocking up on groceries! Women around the world will thank you. And Happy International Women’s Day! 🙂

XO,
