Thank you Fergielicous.

Today was my first day back in a formal gym in almost a year. I’ve been working out at home for the last six months, but something about being so close to refrigerator… It just wasn’t working out. Today I joined the new Planet Fitness in Wichita Falls and of course, like everything else I do, I refuse to workout in anything too scrubby. No, I’m not pounding the treadmill in a Juicy Couture tracksuit. Instead, I turn to Nike’s wide variety of fabrics, fits and sizes to keep my sweat wicked, my legs chafe-free, and my feet both stable and chic.  Here are some of my favorites from their line, and please tell me what YOU like to get your sweat on in?

Nike Dri-FIT Running Capris

These pants are perfect for any woman who’s thighs touch. I hate wearing looser capris and shorts that hike up as I work out, and these neither ride nor slip. They also last forever, which off-sets the not super-low price of $54. These also come in plus sizes. Worried about showing too much rear? Just pair it with a longer top.

Nike Street Women’s Pants

These pants are so chic and timeless, and Nike has redone them to be a more tailored version of a traditional sweatpant. When you aren’t doing lunges in these, I’d seriously consider throwing them on with a pair of heels and a silk tank. But that’s just me.

Soft Hand Jaquard Half-Zip

Love the fun colors and print. This layer is lightweight to wear over your workout gear, or to even BE your workout gear. Texas-weather approved.

XO,

K
