If you hear people walking around San Antonio talking about the great blow job they recently received, don’t worry, they’re not total perverts. Well, at least if they also appear to have great hair they’re not. They’re talking about a blowout, and they most likely went to the brand new blo blow dry bar to get it.
The new location has opened in the Lincoln Heights shopping center near the Quarry, and you can get directions on their website here. I recently had the opportunity to try it out for myself, and I have to say I was impressed. With my short hair I was in and out in time to pick up my daughter from school, and the style lasted for days. Which are both HUGE selling points if you’re a busy mom like me.
It’s a bit pricey to get blown (sorry couldn’t resist one more innuendo) starting at $40, but it’s perfect for special events or even right before a big interview to make sure you’re feeling your most fabulous. THEREFORE, I would highly recommend giving them a call for your New Year’s Eve coif and trusting your locks to the experts. It won’t take up a lot of your time, and it will take at least some of the stress of getting ready for the biggest party of the year off your shoulders.
I didn’t notice until after we took this pic that my belly is basically the “o” in “blo” – ha! This style seriously lasted through my holiday travels the next day and then some! The service and experience at blo is great as well – how can you not feel happy after spending an hour in a place with so much hot pink?
blo is open from 9-6 tomorrow, December 30th, and 9-5 on New Year’s Eve, so give them a call ASAP to book your spot.
