You guys know I’m always on the hunt for a great photo shoot location. So when my friend Cassie from the San Antonio Current said I had to check out the brand new Agave apartments in downtown San Antonio, I headed over as soon as I could. Luckily I brought along my trusty husband photographer, because she wasn’t kidding. It is GORGEOUS in there, and I found a nook for Instagram-worthy photos just about everywhere I turned. Take a mini-tour with me today and discover what downtown living is really like!

Perhaps the biggest highlight of Agave is the rooftop terrace, where residents can host parties, including the bash the San Antonio Current is throwing there TOMORROW night, from 7-9 pm. There are outdoor grills, great views of downtown, and plenty of parking for all of your closest friends. And after you enjoy some private lounging time you’re just down the street from Southtown, Rivercenter Mall, the Pearl, and all the great culture San Antonio has to offer. What’s better than that?!

Agave also boasts direct Riverwalk access, with a patio garden leading right out to the most famous destination in San Antonio. I could just picture waking up, going for a jog to Blue Star, and heading to the The Friendly Spot for a drink. I love that Agave is bringing true downtown living for San Antonians, and I can’t wait to see the vitality the complex is going to develop in the neighborhood. If you’re excited to see what they’re all about as well, I highly suggest heading out to the Current’s party tomorrow night! You can RSVP and get more details on the Facebook event by clicking here.

For my outfit, I chose a white midi skirt, purple Banana Republic top, and Bershka heels that I’ve featured before here. Top it off with my leopard Rebecca Minkoff crossbody, Tom Ford sunnies, and layered gold necklaces, and you have a look that’s colorful and breezy, just like downtown SA!

XO,

A
