Blogalicious blogging conference

Who doesn’t love a good photo booth shot? This past weekend I attended the Blogalicious blogging conference, my first major conference EVER.  My lovely San Antonio blogger friends came out in full force as well, evidenced by the aforementioned photo booth shot.  From left to right we’ve got Rocio from Your Sassy Self, Kristina Nunez from Hott Mama in the City, Michelle Cantu from A Thrifty Diva, Sara Phillips from Sensibly Sara, Colleen Pence from San Antonio Mom Blogs, Lilliana Gonzalez from My Tots Travel, the baby bump, and then there’s me.  Sidebar, whose idea was it to put the pregnant lady on the end? Oof, I think the camera angle got wider at the edges. 😉

Anyways, it was a great time full of old friends, new faces, motivational speakers, and hands on workshops.  I’m going to be implementing quite a few changes around here in the coming weeks, and also going after some new goals!  First off, if you’re viewing this on a mobile device you may have noticed things have switched around a bit.  That was due to a new plug-in recommended by one of the classes I attended.  What do you think? Love it? Hate it? Way easier to navigate? Let me know!

Second of all, I want to hear from you what sort of things you want to see on Haute in Texas.  What posts do I write that you could live without? Which ones are you dying to see more of? At some point I need to put together a super official survey on this, but for now I’d really love it if you left a comment!  Lastly, I may not say it enough, but if you want to make sure you never miss an Haute in Texas post, you can subscribe for email updates with the form below:

So this is a super random post with no particular point, but after Fashion Week and a blogging conference all jam packed in to one tiny week last week, it’s all I’ve got.  I can promise you that I’ll have a giveaway for you on Wednesday that you do not want to miss! Promise you’ll stick around til then? 🙂

XO,

A
